A room is 12 ft long and 10.5 ft wide a scale model of the room is 3.5 feet wide what is the area of the scale model

To have a width of 3.5 ft we have to divide 10.5 by 3
If we do the same and divide 12 by 3 we get 4ft length
so the area of the scale model is 3.5 * 4 = 14 ft
